It turns out that Tumblr is a much easier way to share and consume photos, enabling me to spread my artistic vision of a world wholly desribed by corgi shots and breakfast tacos.

Well, my plan to update the blog more frequently has taken a back seat to getting my photo archive in some kind of order, after 10+ years of shooting. For some reason, the older I get, the more I get OCD about organizing stuff like this, when I should be focusing on stuff like sorting through the World Cup pics my family wants to see.
Anyways, traveling deep into old hard drives does yield gems like this. I’ve seen this photo for years and the juxtaposition of shirts never struck me as funny until now. Pretty sure one of the Willome brothers took this photo.
Our corgi puppy Luca hurt her back somehow — the vet called it "cord shock" — and temporarily lost the use of her back legs this morning. She’s all better now, but we had to get some precautionary x-rays done. We’ll probably hang these on our walls, and they’ll become the most expensive piece of art we own. Full size here.
